We guarantee not to sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. Our servers are 100% secure and we use SSL encryption to ensure you privacy.We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. Pricing

While we continually make every effort to reflect current prices and keep prices as low as possible, occasionally prices will differ from those listed on the website. American Truck n' Auto Accessories reserves the right to change prices at any time. You will be informed of any changes before charging your credit card or proceeding with the order. If the price of a part on your order has changed, we will inform you via phone or email and request your authorization for the price to be adjusted accordingly.

American Truck N' Auto Accessories uses a sophisticated software network to prevent credit card fraud. DO NOT attempt to use a fraudulent credit card. Doing so will result in us contacting the Attorney General in your local area and prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

 

Product Warranty

We are an authorized distributor for various manufacturers and the products we offer are backed by their respective manufacturers warranty, not by American Truck n' Auto Accessories. For details regarding specific product / manufacturer warranty, please contact us about the part you are interested in. In the case where a defect has occurred that you believe could be deemed a manufacturers defect, please contact us via phone or email. We will then forward the issue on to the manufacturer on your behalf.  Typically the manufacturer will need to inspect the product before making a decision as to whether it is indeed a defect or damage from use, abuse or neglect. Sometimes it can save a lot of time and expense if pictures of the defect can be emailed to us. American Truck n' Auto Accessories IS NOT responsible for the following: 1) Shipping costs to return the product to the manufacturer for inspection. 2) Providing a replacement part while your product is removed from your vehicle. 3) Any installation or removal labor costs of product from vehicle. 4) Loss of income from your work or business due to time taken off to deal with the issue. If the product is found not to have a manufacturers defect, it will returned to you. It is up to the manufacturer to determine if their product is faulty. ATA is in no way part of the decision making process. ATA will make every effort to assist you in this process and work hard for a positive outcome.

 

Returns

Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.  We will exchange any UNUSED resalable item for another item of equal value. If the new item is of greater value, you will be charged for the price difference. If new item is of lesser value, you will be credited accordingly. If return is due to an error on the part of ATA, we will arrange for return shipping by use of call tag or shipping return label. We will issue one call tag, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that the part is packaged properly and ready for pickup at your specified location. If the part is not ready to be picked up, it then becomes the customer's responsibility to arrange return shipping, at no time will a second call tag be issued.

All returns MUST be properly packaged for shipment. If a return is received back damaged because of inadequate packaging or it has been visibly opened and not re-packaged properly, you may not receive any refund for any reason from ATA.The product must be received back in exactly the same condition as you received it. On all returns in which ATA is not at fault, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and shipping the part(s) back to us, and there will be no return of freight on the order. Also, if item is being exchanged, customer will be responsible for freight charges to ship the replacement part to the customer. Please use a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number. After you have shipped the product back, you must call us or email us with that tracking number. Returned items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 business days after RGA number has been issued.

Returns without exchange are subject to a return fee of up to 20% (unless otherwise stated) or $10.00 which ever is the greater, of the purchase price of the item returned with no return of freight charges except in the following cases.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON INSTALLED OR USED MERCHANDISE!

All returned items MUST have an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number written on the package before returning, items returned without an RGA number will be refused at time of delivery. Please go to Returns, fill out and submit the form. An RGA number and return ship-to address will be emailed to you within 24hrs. NO returns or refunds on custom made and specially developed products. Any products refused upon delivery is also subject to return fee.

Credits will be issued for returned items within 10 business days of the returned item being received back at our warehouse. A credit will be issued back by the same method in which it was originally paid. In the case of a purchase by credit card, we are only able to issue a credit back to the original credit card on which the order was placed.


 

Damage or Loss

If your product has obvious visible damage when it is delivered, please REFUSE the part ,DO NOT sign for it, and ensure the driver makes notation for the reason for refusal. Please call us immediately and notify us of the problem. If the part is found to be damaged after opening the box or carton (concealed damage), please call or email us to inform us of the problem. We will then inform you of the necessary procedures and steps to be taken. We must be informed of any type of damage no later than 24hrs after time of delivery.

If your order arrives with a manufacturers defect, a replacement part will be shipped to you after the defective part has been received back to our warehouse and it has been verified that it is a manufacturers defect. We must be informed of a manufacturers defect no later than 24hrs after time of delivery. If you received a damaged part and cancel the order or change your mind and do not want another, it is treated as a return and may be liable to normal return re-stocking fees.

In the process of resolving all of the above issues, if you require a replacement part to be shipped to you immediately (before the above situations can be resolved), it may be required that your credit card be charged for a replacement part and shipping. When the issue has been resolved, and you are deemed not at fault, your credit card will be credited back for the replacement part and any extra shipping costs incurred.

 

Cancelations

As soon as an order is place over the web site and the transaction is successful, we incur charges from the credit card processing company. Therefore, if you called the order in by phone and the order has not been charged yet, it may be canceled with no cancelation fees. On the other hand, If the order has been charged or you place an order over the internet web site and then cancel, there will be a $10.00 or 5% cancelation fee, which ever is the greater. When a credit card has been charged and the order is cancelled, it can take up to 24hrs for refund to be issued by ATA. If the order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return.

 

Shipping

Most orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day. General shipping times may vary to different parts of the country but most orders are delivered by the carrier within 6 business days or sooner. Shipping is by UPS or FedEx ground service when an order is placed from the website and is applicable to the 48 contiguous United States only. Orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States may be subject to additional shipping charges. When "Free Shipping" is offered, it applies only to the 48 contiguous United States. If any type of express shipping eg. Next or Second Day Air is required, please either call us or email us and we will quote you a shipping cost accordingly. Large and bulky items will ship either Oversize or by Truck freight. If this is the case, you will be notified of any extra shipping costs.
