To ensure your satisfaction, we are happy to accept your return or exchange. Please see our return policy below.
What is your return period?
You may return an item purchased from ATA for any reason up to 30 days from the original date of delivery, provided that the item has not been installed or used in any way and is in “brand-new” condition still in original packaging.
Do I need an RMA? (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Yes. To return an item, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (or “RMA”) number. To obtain an RMA number, please fill out the form below and provide us with the information requested. Within 24hrs, you will receive an email from us with complete return instructions.
What if i send back an unauthorized return?
Items returned to ATA without a valid RMA number may be refused and shipped back to you. Please be sure to obtain and use the RMA number!
Do you charge a restocking fee?
We want you to have a positive experience with us so we make it easy and as least expensive as possible to return an item. To cover our costs, and possible manufacturers restocking fees, returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% depending on reason for return. Please enquire for more information.
If the item that was originally shipped to you had Free Shipping, the cost of the original outbound shipping will be deducted from your credit.
What are your return shipping procedures?
Please carefully box the item to be returned and clearly print the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Please add the RMA number to the packing slip and place it inside the shipping box. Only return the item(s) listed on the RMA. The item must be shipped to the address given in the email you will receive from us along with complete return instructions. Freight collect shipments will be refused. You will be required to provide a tracking number for proof of delivery in the event it is needed.
What if my product is defective when i receive it?
Items that do not function correctly or are flawed in a material way are considered defective. Manufacturer policies vary regarding product warranty and handling of defective items. Some defective returns may require manufacturer approval and, in certain cases, the manufacturer may require you to work directly with them to authorize the return. In the event that you receive a defective item from ATA, our Customer Service Representatives will do everything in their power to ensure that the item is replaced as quickly as possible at no cost to you, subject to the guidelines of each manufacturer’s policy. Please provide us with as much detail as possible when requesting an RMA # for a defective item.
Do you have any non-returnable products?
Special order items, replacement parts, items that have been installed, items that were purchased at significant discount from our "blow out" inventory, and obsolete or discontinued products are not eligible for returns.
What if i don't receive all of my order or there is a shipping error?
Please carefully inspect all shipments upon receipt. If you have received fewer items than the quantity ordered or a different item from the one ordered, please notify us ASAP so that we can provide you with the correct item(s) and/or issue an appropriate credit.
What if my product is damaged during shipment?
Packages should be inspected at the time of delivery. If package has obvious damage or you discover the part is damaged after opening the package, please inform the delivery driver if possible and call or email us ASAP. We will be more than happy to handle the damage claim and get another item out to you.
Credits will be issued upon receipt, inspection and approval of the returned item, less any applicable restocking fees or shipping charges. Funds will be rreturned via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive the returned product to process the RMA and issue the appropriate credit.
